We start with your feedback with one email from Shawn which he wrote to the Meater probe support about the lack of accessibility for the Meater Block.  Then Kevin wrote in to tell us about his excitement trying to reverse sear some T-bone steaks.  Since he ran out of propane, Chris shares a trick to help determine how much propane you may have left before firing up the grill for the next cook.
